Application Hosting

For organizations that do not find it cost-effective to host their own applications in-house, ATSG will host your applications, email, intranet and website on our servers and provide a network connection to your office. We will then manage your applications directly from our offices, while your end users receive full access to your applications. We handle all of the administration and support functions, freeing you to concentrate on your core competencies.

ATSG is located in the Baltimore Life Insurance building. This is a secure facility, housing our offices and our datacenter. Our computer room is separately air-conditioned and is linked to the building's backup power generators. In addition, ATSG maintains multiple Internet connections. All of these attributes provide a service to our customers that is operational 24x7.

In 2004, the AERAS Global TB Vaccine Foundation located in Bethesda, MD, asked ATSG to configure a new network for their newly funded research operations. ATSG designed and deployed a configuration consisting of 12 servers and 25 workstations. The environment included Microsoft Office and Share Point, as well as number of customized business applications.

In 2005, The Terminal Corporation, located in the Port of Baltimore, asked ATSG to upgrade their email environment for their 60+ employees to Microsoft Exchange. Working with their internal IT staff, ATSG planned and implemented the installation of Exchange and the conversion to MS Outlook.

In 2004, Maxcyte, a growing bio-technology firm in Rockville, MD, relocated their offices and their 25+ employees. Their network had to be extracted from a sister company’s network and set up in their new location. ATSG helped Maxcyte acquire new servers and computers and implemented a new network in their new offices.
