How BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Works
BlackBerry® Enterprise Server (BES) is a server system that provides handheld device integration into your organization’s email system. BES connects to messaging and collaboration software, such as ATSG’s hosted Microsoft® Exchange, to synchronize email, calendars and contacts between your desktop and your handheld device.
Wireless PIM synchronization - Calendar appointments and meeting requests are updated wirelessly without requiring user intervention. Users can accept, decline or tentatively accept appointments, and get notified of meeting conflicts and adjacent meetings.
