When you call the DP Solutions Help Desk at 410-720-1220, we will immediately dispatch a technician to your office to resolve any network or desktop problem.  If the problem is equipment related, we will help determine if the manufacturer’s warranty is in force and work hard to resolve the problem.  If new equipment is required, we’ll assist you in finding the best replacements and pricing for the items. DP Solutions’ maintenance and repair services can be purchased on an ad hoc hourly fee basis or under a block time agreement.

Ad Hoc versus Block Time Support Services
 

With a block time agreement, a block of 25 hours or more can be purchased at a discounted hourly rate. The larger the block of time purchased, the greater the discount. DP Solutions’ certified technicians are available to assist you with:
