Inspectors – Anyone performing
an inspection service in the field can record information
electronically rather than capture it on paper forms
for a subsequent second entry to a computer system.
The forms are deployed on the BlackBerry device with
drop-down lists, radio buttons and edits to simplify
and speed the entry process, while enhancing data
integrity.
Maintenance workers – Mobile
maintenance workers can use pre-designed forms for
entering time and material information while on the
job or to order additional equipment immediately.
Managers – Project managers
can keep track of work schedules and redeploy staff
by interfacing wirelessly with project management
systems.
Emergency First Responders – Workers
can retrieve instructions and send important information
regarding the status of an emergency site.
