Implementation of the ATSG Confidence-Plus Service lifecycle starts with an audit of your computer network. Then we make the improvements necessary to ensure smooth, continuous operations, followed by pro-active monitoring of critical processes and resources.

ATSG has combined expert technical service with a comprehensive trouble ticket system. Our network monitoring software recognizes and automatically logs problems and notifies our technical staff immediately. Users can review their open ticket status and request services using a secure web portal.
Daily, weekly and monthly IT tasks are automated and scheduled to ensure all tasks are completed and reported consistently without fail. As the tasks run, valuable data is gathered to spot trends and patterns which can be used to plan system changes or enhancements.
Monitoring and tracking allows us to have the data we need to periodically meet with you to review the performance of your network and computers, assess up-coming business needs, and recommend additional improvements or upgrades.
