For assistance with projects outside of ATSG’s Confidence-Plus™ Service Plan, we will provide certified technicians on an hourly basis to:
- Help to Relocate your business to a new location
- Expand your network
- Upgrade your network to support new applications
- Assess information security
- Provide Emergency Services
- Provide Help Desk Services
- Specify, configure, upgrade, and install a new network to meet your specific needs
- Implement Spam, virus and spyware filters
- Provide ongoing administration and project management to support your changing LAN/WAN environment
- Inventory and manage hardware and software resources
- Maintain high levels of network and workstation performance and reliability
- Train and support personnel in the use of technology tools
These services can be provided on an hourly fee schedule or by purchasing a block of technical service time.
